Time Included:
Our wedding package includes 8 hours of dedicated service from The Charleston staff, ensuring your day runs smoothly from start to finish. The bridal suite and vendor access are available as early as 11:00 AM on the day of your wedding to allow ample time for preparations.
Your timeline is fully customizable to fit your unique needs, with events able to extend as late as midnight. A typical wedding timeline includes:
* 1 hour of pre-ceremony service for the bridal parties
* 30 minutes for guest arrival
* 30-minute ceremony1-hour cocktail reception
* 5-hour evening reception
If you choose to host your ceremony off-site, your package includes 6 hours of service, typically structured as:
* 1-hour cocktail reception
* 5-hour evening reception

Our Day-of Coordination Services Include:
- Creating a detailed wedding day timeline to be shared with all vendors
- Organizing and coordinating your ceremony rehearsal
- Collaborating with vendors and the venue in the lead-up to and on the day of your wedding
- Serving as the main point of contact for the bride and groom, bridal party, and immediate family
- Placing personal décor items such as table numbers, programs, favors, and more
- Collecting and packing personal items at the end of the evening and ensuring they are safely placed in the designated person’s vehicle
